Yes. The information required from the reporting company depends on the following conditions:

 

  • If the reporting company was created or registered on or after January 1, 2024, it should report information about itself, its beneficial owners, and its applicants.
  • If the reporting companies were created or registered before January 1, 2024, they should provide information about themselves and their beneficial owners. The reporting company does not have to provide information about the company applicants.
