I am a Tax Professional. Is there an option to add my staff members to this account and allow them to manage my client's businesses?

Yes, TaxBandits offers a staff management feature that allows you to add staff members to your account and assign them specific roles and levels of access. 

With the staff management feature, your team can manage all of your clients’ business tax filings efficiently from a single TaxBandits account. 

To add staff members to your TaxBandits account, follow these steps: 

• Sign in to your TaxBandits account.
• From the dashboard, select the Grid menu>> Manage Staff.

• Click Add Staff and choose the preferred method (Manual data entry or bulk upload) to add the staff member’s information.

• Enter the staff member’s name and email address. Then, click Add & Invite. An email invitation will be sent to your staff members with instructions to access your TaxBandits account. 

• You also have the ability to assign roles to staff members using Role Settings. This means your staff members can have different account privileges and levels of access based on their responsibilities. 

• Choose the Role System (No-Role, Two-Roles, Three-Roles) that best fits your organization’s workflow, then click Save. 

• After choosing your preferred Role System, you can assign different roles to your staff members. You can do this by clicking the “edit” icon under the Roles Assigned column. To learn more about assigning roles, click here. 

• To assign businesses to the staff member, click ‘Assign Business’ under the Assigned Businesses column.

 

• Select all of the businesses that you want the staff member to have access to and click Assign. 

Once you’ve assigned your staff their appropriate roles and privileges, they can complete their filing responsibilities within your TaxBandits account.
