I am a Tax Professional. Is there an option to add my team members to this account and allow them to manage my client's businesses?

TaxBandits offers a BanditCollab feature that allows you to add team members to your account and assign them specific roles and access levels. With this feature, your team can efficiently manage all your clients’ business tax filings from a single account.

To add team members to your TaxBandits account, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your TaxBandits account. Navigate to the ‘BanditCollab’ settings from the 9-dot menu.
2. On the BanditCollab page, click ‘Invite Team’.

3. Enter the team member’s email address and provide the group name. You can also assign roles to team members using the Roles provided in the dropdown based on your chosen role settings. To assign payers to the team, click ‘Assign Payers’ against the team member.

4. Select the payers you want to assign to the team member and click ‘Assign’.

Once you’ve assigned your team their appropriate roles and privileges, they can complete their filing responsibilities within your TaxBandits account.

If you have given your team members access to your TaxBandits account, you can assign them specific roles. You can edit these roles as needed.

If you want to edit the role assigned to a team member, follow the steps below: 

• Sign in to your TaxBandits account. Navigate to the ‘BanditCollab’ settings from the 9-dot menu.
• On the BanditCollab page, select the edit option under the 'Action' column for the team member whose role you want to change. 

• You will find a page where you can manage your team member’s role. Edit the required details and click ‘Save Team Member’ to update the changes you made. The team members updated roles will be reflected in the list of teams. 

By following these steps, you can easily update the roles assigned to your team members to ensure they have the appropriate access and responsibilities.
