Is there an additional cost for the Online Access?

Yes, there is an additional charge of $0.50 to enable online access for your employees/recipients. You can either enable the online access and pay using your credit card or use/purchase the online access credit and use it while opting for this service. 

Once the access is enabled, the employee/recipient receives an email with a secure link to view their form W2/1099 and corrections, if any, made to their W2/1099.
