How to fix my audit errors while filing W-2 forms?

TaxBandits' has an internal audit software that identifies errors on the form. Therefore, whenever you e-file tax or information forms in taxbandits, our system will validate your form based on the IRS Business Rules and Data Validations.

If your form contains errors, they will be highlighted on the audit page. Click the ‘Fix Errors’ button next to the error code to address them. Once corrected, you can continue to transmit the form to the IRS. Alternatively, you can export the errors, correct them externally, and upload the updated file back into the system to complete the transmission.
