States that provide confirmation number:
Alabama (AL), Colorado (CO), Connecticut (CT), Delaware (DE), District of Columbia (DC), Georgia (GA), Indiana (IN), Iowa (IA), Kansas (KS), Massachusetts (MA), Minnesota (MN), Mississippi (MS), Montana (MT), New Mexico (NM), North Carolina (NC), North Dakota (ND), Oklahoma (OK), Oregon (OR), South Carolina (SC), Utah (UT), Vermont (VT), West Virginia (WV) and Wisconsin (WI).
States that do not provide confirmation number:
Arizona (AZ), California (CA), Kentucky (KY), Ohio (OH), Pennsylvania (PA), Rhode Island (RI), and Virginia (VA).
