I e-filed my 1099s. Do I need to complete state reconciliation forms?

Each state has its own filing requirements. To ensure compliance, it is recommended that you review the specific requirements for each state to know whether the state has any additional requirements, along with e-filing the 1099 form.

If the states mandate the filing of the Reconciliation form along with the 1099 Form filing, we do currently support Recon form filing only with the below states. 

• Alabama- Annual Reconciliation FORM A-3
• West Virginia - Withholding Year-End Reconciliation - Form WV/IT-103
• Pennsylvania - Annual Withholding Reconciliation Form REV-1667

It is important to note that TaxBandits does not support filing the Reconciliation Forms with any other states. If you have state tax withheld for a state other than Alabama or West Virginia, you will be responsible for filing the appropriate reconciliation form before the deadline.
