How do I delete a 1095 Form that I’ve created?

In the TaxBandits application, there are two places where you can delete in-progress forms.
- ACA Dashboard.
- ACA Summary page
ACA Dashboard:
- Navigate to the ACA dashboard from the home dashboard. Select the “Tax Year” and the “Business Name”. Under the Action column, click the “Edit” button beside the return number.
- A pop-up window will appear with the return information. Click the Edit button for the Number of Employee Forms (1095-C) in that return.
- Select the employee and click the delete icon to remove that employee’s 1095 form.
ACA Summary Page
On the federal return summary page, click Show Form information under Form 1095-C information.
- To remove the form(s), click on the Delete icon under the Action column, beside the employee’s name. You can also create a new 1095 Form for an employee by clicking add another 1095-C Form.
