How do I delete a 1095 Form that I’ve created?

 In TaxBandits, there are two places where you can delete the in-progress forms. 

  • ACA Dashboard.
  • ACA Summary page

ACA Dashboard:

  • Navigate to the ACA dashboard from the home dashboard. Select the “Tax Year” and the “Business Name”. The ACA forms that are in progress and filed for the specific business will be displayed.  

  • Select the digit under the "No.of.Forms" column to delete a specific employee's form from the return. Alternatively, you can also click the delete icon if you like to delete the entire return that is in in-progress status.

  • Click the delete icon under the Action column to delete that employee’s 1095 form. 

ACA Summary page

  • On the federal return summary page, click the Edit icon against the Form 1095 information. 

  • Select the employee and click the Delete icon to delete that employee's 1095 Form.
