Why am I getting an email from TaxBandits to access my tax form, and is this a free service?

You are receiving an email from TaxBandits because your employer has granted you Online Access to view and download your W-2, 1099, and/or ACA Forms. This service is provided by your employer at no cost to you!
Follow these steps to access your forms:
- Click on the secure link received in the email.
- Enter your email address on the portal page. A One-time Access Code will be sent to that email address.
- Enter the One-time Access Code for verification purposes.
- Upon verification, you'll be prompted to provide consent, as required by law, to receive tax forms electronically from your employer/payer.
- After giving consent, you can access the list of forms provided Online Access for the tax year.
- Choose the specific form you need.
- Enter the last 4 digits of your TIN (Taxpayer Identification Number) associated with the form.
You can now view and download the form online.
