How to download a copy of the transmitted 1099 forms in TaxBandits?

After you transmit the 1099 forms to the IRS, copies of the forms will be available for download in the Distribution Center.
Here’s how you do it:
- In home screen, navigate to Distribution Center >> 1099/W-2/1098/5498 Forms under Print Forms.
- Select the Tax year, Form Series, and Business Name and click View Forms. Select one or all of the forms you want to download. You can also filter based on the Batch ID.
- Click Download Selected Forms.
- The 1099 copies are available for download as a ZIP file or a consolidated PDF. You also have the option of downloading forms with or without the TIN masking.
