How to download a copy of the transmitted 1099 forms in TaxBandits?

TaxBandits allows you to download form copies with masked TINs, which adds an extra level of security for the recipient.

Note: The below steps are applicable to all forms. 

Follow these instructions to mask TINs in form copies: 

Step 1: Sign in to your TaxBandits account.

Step 2: From the dashboard, navigate to the ‘Print Forms’ menu.

 

Step 3: Select the payer and click ‘Recipient’ next to the corresponding payer to download the recipient copy.

 

Step 4: Select the Masked PDF option and click ‘Download PDF’. 

 

Once done, your form copies will be downloaded with masked TINs.
