[Error Code: 1095C-049] How do I resolve it?

Rejection message: 

If Form 1095C checkbox 'CoveredIndividual' is not checked, then all entries in 'CoveredIndividual' must not have a value.

What does it mean?

If you are an Employer providing self-insured health coverage to your employees, then you must check the box and enter the information for each individual enrolled in coverage. If you haven't checked the box as a self-insured employer then you must not enter any information.
