The Oklahoma Tax Commission mandates the filing of the 1099 Forms under the following conditions:
- If Payments made to an Oklahoma resident exceed $750 or are withheld.
- If the income is sourced in Oklahoma.

What to be filed
Form 1099 - (1099-NEC, 1099-MISC, 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, 1099-R, 1099-G, 1099-B & 1099-OID)
Due Date
The due date for Form 1099-NEC is January 31, and the due date for other Form 1099s is April 01, 2024.
Penalty
- The penalty rate computes a 5% penalty on the income tax due.
- Delinquent interest, at the rate of 1.25% per month, may be charged if 100% of your tax liability is not paid by the original due date of the return.
