How do my employees/recipients access their forms online?

You first need to provide access to your employees/recipients so that they can access the forms online. For now, forms W2, W-2c, 1099-MISC, and 1099-MISC corrections are available for online access. For step-by-step instructions on how to enable online access for W2s, click here.
After we process your returns and upload the forms to the SSA/IRS, an email is triggered to the employee/recipient with a secure link. On click, they need to enter their registered email address and the last 4 digits of their Social Security Number (SSN). An OTP is then sent to the individual. Upon entering the OTP, the forms can be accessed.
