IRS [Error Code: R0000-183-01]:
If 'SignatureOptionCd' has a value in the Return Header, then a binary attachment with Description "8453-EMP Signature Document" must be present in the return.
 

Rejection Message:
If you have elected to use form 8453-EMP, you must E-sign or upload the correct form.

What does it mean:
The filer has opted to use Form 8453-EMP but the IRS cannot find it with 94x form submitted. As the Signature Document is missing, IRS rejected the return.

Resolution:
