If the recipients for this payer have already been added to the address book, you can search for and select them to proceed with the filing.  If you have already filed for this payer, the recipients' details were automatically added to the address book. If not, you can add them to the address book manually or in bulk. 

If not, while creating a 1099, you can directly enter the recipient data and continue filing.
