You can make your tax payment using any one of the following methods.
- Electronic Federal Tax Payment System (EFTPS)
- Credit/Debit Card
- Check or Money Order
Make sure the payment reaches the IRS on or before the deadline. If you're making payment using EFTPS on the deadline date, you must submit the deposit by 8 p.m. EST.
