Depending on the volume of the returns you file, the IRS should process your Form 941 within 30 minutes of transmitting. 

If you e-file Form 941 through TaxBandits, you will get an email once your return has been processed and whether it was accepted or rejected by the IRS. After e-filing the return, pay the balance due by the deadline. If you mailed in your return, please note that if you choose to paper file rather than e-file, the IRS will not provide a status on your Form 941 unless there is a mistake on the form or payment.
