Form 941, Employer's QUARTERLY Federal Tax Return is used to report wages paid during the quarter, as well as the employment taxes including federal income tax withheld, social security and Medicare taxes withheld, and employer's share of social security and Medicare taxes.
Form 941 must be filed to the IRS four times per year on the last day of the month following the end of the quarter.
