Regardless of the filing method, Form 943 is due by January 31st each year (paper or electronic filing).
However, if you paid all your taxes owed for the year with timely deposits, you have until February 10, 2023, to file your return.
If the Form 943 due date falls on a Federal holiday or weekend, the next business day will be the due date.
