How do I bulk upload Form W-2?

The Bulk Upload option is recommended when you have a large number of W2 forms to file. All you need to do is download the TaxBandits Template, add the W-2 information to the downloaded template, and upload the file back to us. This streamlined process ensures a hassle-free e-filing experience. Follow the steps below to easily bulk upload Form W-2.

• Sign in to TaxBandits.
• From the Dashboard, click Start New >> Form >> W-2.
• Select the Tax Year for which you need to file the W-2 form. 
• To bulk upload Form W-2 data,  click  Start Now under Upload Excel/CSV- TaxBandits Template.

• Provide the Business information. If you have already filed for the business, click Select Business and choose the business to autofill the details in the form.  If it is a new business, enter the details manually and click Save & Continue.

• Download the TaxBandits Template either in Excel or CSV file format.

• Enter the required details in the template, and upload the file back to TaxBandits.

Once uploaded, continue to transmit the forms to the SSA.
