There are a couple of ways you can add employee W2 forms. You can add them manually, and use the bulk option instead.

In the manual option, you add W2 forms one by one and so, is recommended when the count of W2 forms to file is low. If you have already filed for the employer with us or have the employees against the employer in the address book, you can easily pull up the employee details using the search bar and proceed. 

We recommend the bulk upload option when the count of W2 forms to file is high. You can use your own template or the one provided by TaxBandits and bulk upload the W2 forms.
