How to download completed W-9 forms in bulk?

 In TaxBandits, you can easily download multiple completed W-9 form PDFs in a single consolidated ZIP file. This feature allows you to access and share all completed forms quickly and conveniently.

Follow the steps below to download multiple completed W-9s in bulk:

Step 1: Navigate to the ‘All’ tab and click ‘Manage W-9/W-8 Forms’ from the drop-down menu.

Step 2: Select the payer name for whom you want to download the recipients’ completed W-9 forms.

Step 3: You’ll see a list of recipients who have completed and submitted their W-9 forms. Click the ‘Bulk Download’ option to download all completed W-9 form PDFs as a single consolidated file.

Step 4: Choose how you would like to download the recipients’ data.

You have two options for downloading:

• Download as CSV: Exports recipient details such as name, email address, and TIN in a single CSV file.

• Download PDFs as a ZIP file: Exports all completed W-9 forms as PDFs in one consolidated ZIP file.
