How long is Form 8655 valid once it’s filed?

Form 8655 remains valid as long as the authorization is in effect. There is no set expiration date for the form; however, the business or Reporting Agent can revoke or modify the authorization at any time by submitting a new Form 8655 or another IRS-required document.
