Who can file Form 8655 in TaxBandits?

Reporting Agents who have obtained an RA-PIN (Reporting Agent PIN) from the IRS are authorized to use TaxBandits directly to file Form 8655 on behalf of their clients. 

For other tax professionals who wish to act as Reporting Agents, they can still use TaxBandits to file Form 8655. However, they must first obtain an RA-PIN from the IRS. Only after receiving the RA-PIN will they be authorized to file payroll tax returns, make payments, and perform all the duties typically granted to a Reporting Agent.
