What happens when duplicate payer records are found during import from Karbon?

When duplicate records are found during import, we’ll override the existing payer information with the latest data from Karbon.

  • Only the fields with updated values will be replaced.

  • If a field in the imported data is empty, the existing information in that field will be retained.

This ensures your data stays current without losing any important details already saved in your Address Book.
