How to fix errors after importing payer data from Karbon?
Sometimes, the imported payer data from Karbon may have missing or incorrect details that need to be corrected before proceeding with your filing. TaxBandits makes it easy to identify and fix these errors directly from your account.
Follow the steps below to fix the errors:
Step 1: Navigate to the ‘Address Book’ and click the ‘Payer with Errors’ tab.
Step 2: You’ll see a list of payer records imported from Karbon that contain errors. Click ‘Fix Errors’ under the Action column next to the payer you want to correct.
Step 3: Fix the errors listed on the right for each corresponding field. Click 'Next' to move to the next payer with errors.
