What are the different status updates for postal mailing?

Staying informed about the status of your postal mailing orders is essential, and understanding these statuses will help you track progress and address any issues efficiently. Below is a breakdown of the different status updates:
 

Status

Description 

Order Received

Your order for Postal Mailing has been received

Postal Initiated

Our postal mailing partner is preparing the form for mailing.

In Transit

The form is on its way and currently at @@location

Processed for Delivery

The form is out for delivery or presumed delivered. 

 

Note: USPS sometimes doesn’t update the status to ‘Delivered’. If no further updates appear within 1–2 business days, consider confirming delivery with the recipient.

Delivered

The form has been delivered successfully.

Returned to Payer

Delivery failed, and the form has been returned to the payer.

Re-Routed

The postal mailing has been re-initiated for the form.

International Exit

The form has exited the United States and is currently in transit through international mail.
