  • Visit the Illinois Department of Revenue(DOR) website.

  • Scroll to the ‘Register’ section and select the Register a New Business (Form REG-1).

  • Complete the basic business information by providing

    • Organization Type

    • FEIN

    • Legal Name 

    • DBA

  • Complete the registration, and provide third-party authorization to file and pay certain taxes on your behalf.
