What does 'Errors' mean in the Review tab?
Errors refer to critical issues found in your forms that must be resolved before transmission. These errors often indicate discrepancies that could lead to potential audit issues with the IRS, SSA, or other relevant government agencies, if not addressed.
Any errors identified during the review must be fixed to continue with filing
Common errors

Payer appears to be a Fortune 5000 company: The payer name you've entered matches a known Fortune 5000 business, which may raise authorization concerns if you're not directly affiliated. Learn more

Excess federal tax withheld: The amount withheld for federal income tax exceeds 80% of the recipient’s total income—an unusually high percentage. Learn more

Excess wage amount (Form W-2): The reported wages for one or more recipients are significantly higher than the usual limit. Learn more
Action required
For each error, you’ll need to:

Upload supporting documentation: If the data you entered is correct, provide relevant documents that verify your authority to file or validate the reported amounts.

Update the form data: If the error occurred due to incorrect entry, revise the information to reflect accurate and compliant values.
