How to request Form W-9 via the Chrome Extension?

Once your Chrome extension is installed, follow these steps to request Form W-9:

Step 1: Sign in to W-9 Manager through the Chrome extension.

Step 2: Click on ‘Request W-9/W-8’ to initiate a Form W-9 request to the vendor.

 

Step 3: Enter the vendor details and click ‘Send Request’.

 

Step 4: Your request will be sent to the vendor via email.
