Steps to use the hosted W-9/W-8 page: 

Step 1: Log in to your TaxBandits account. From the ‘W-9/W-8’ Dashboard, navigate to the specific payer for whom you want to retrieve the hosted page URL

Step 2: Share the secure hosted page URL with recipients using any of the following options:

• Direct sharing – Send the link via email, SMS, or any preferred communication channel.

• Embed on your website or portal – Place the link within your company website or internal portal so recipients can access it easily.

• QR code access – Generate a QR code linked to the hosted page and share it digitally or in print for quick mobile submissions.

Step 3: Track completed submissions in the W-9/W-8 Dashboard.
