Team Management is an exclusive feature from TaxBandits that allows you to add your team members to your account, assign them specific roles, and delegate filing responsibilities.
Role System
We offer three different types of role systems, and you can choose the one that best fits your workflow.

No-Role: Every team member will have full access to your filings, enabling them to prepare, edit, approve, pay, and transmit the forms on your behalf.

Two-Role: You can assign two different roles for the team members.

Preparer: The team member can prepare and edit the forms.

Approver: The team member can review, approve, and transmit the forms.

Three-Role: You can assign three different roles for the team members.

Preparer: The team member can prepare and edit the forms.

Approver: The team member can review and approve the forms.

Transmitter: The team member can transmit the forms.

Assign Payers
You can assign specific payers to your team members, ensuring smooth and accurate handling of filings.
Assign Groups
You can group the payers and filings based on any specific criteria, such as form type, location, etc. Then, assign these groups to team members, granting them access to all payers associated with the group. To learn more about how to assign groups, click here.
