How do I invite a contractor to complete the onboarding information?

If you don’t have all the necessary details of your contractor, you can easily invite them to fill in the required information themselves.

Follow these steps to invite the contractor to complete the onboarding process:

Step 1: When adding contractors to your business, you will have the option to send them an invitation to complete the onboarding process. 

Step 2: A pop-up will appear, prompting you to invite employees. Click "Save and Invite" to proceed.

Once the invitation is sent, contractors can complete their onboarding details by logging in to the self-service portal.
