Does TaxBandits e-file my W-2PR with the state?

No, TaxBandits does not e-file W-2PR with the state. You are responsible for downloading the EFW2PR file and uploading it to your SURI account. Once you complete Form W-2PR, TaxBandits will notify you via email when your EFW2PR file is ready to download.

Follow these steps to upload your file:

Step 1: Sign in to your TaxBandits account.

Step 2: Navigate to the 1099/W-2 Dashboard, go to the Submitted tab, and download your EFW2PR file.

Step 3: Log in to your SURI account and upload the EFW2PR file.

Step 4: The SURI system processes files in batches at the end of each business day. Once processed successfully, an 11-character confirmation number will be assigned.

Step 5: Update the confirmation number in the 1099/W-2 → Submitted dashboard. Once updated, W-2PR recipient copies with the confirmation number will be available for download in the Print Forms section.
