Do I need to file a new hire report for my employees?

When starting a new business and hiring new employees or rehiring the employee, it means the employee is completely new to you if they have worked previously but stopped being employees for atleast 60 consecutive days.

New hire reports must be sent to the respective state within 20 days of the first day of joining. Failure to do so might result in costly penalties.
