How to enable 2FA using the Microsoft Authenticator App?

To enable two-factor authentication (2FA) using the Microsoft Authenticator app, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your TaxBandits account.
2. Enter your phone number and click ‘Get Code.’
3. Enter the verification code sent to your phone number to enable phone number verification.
4. Next, use the authenticator app to enable Two-Factor Authentication. Open the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone, press the '+' (plus) sign, and select 'Work or school account' or 'Other account.'
5. Scan the QR code provided on the screen. The Microsoft Authenticator app will generate a 6-digit code. Enter this code and verify it.

Note: The 6-digit code you receive associated with 'TaxBandits' is used to verify your TaxBandits account login through the Microsoft Authenticator app. This is separate from the code that may appear under the name 'Microsoft,' which is intended to verify a Microsoft account. Make sure to enter the code linked to 'TaxBandits' to complete the login process for your TaxBandits account.
