You can download copies of the submitted forms as PDFs from the ‘Print Forms’ section. See How

Here’s how you can download and print form copies:

Navigate to Print Forms

Sign in to your TaxBandits account. From the dashboard, navigate to 'Print Forms'.

 

Available Forms

TaxBandits lets you download copies of various forms and switch between the tabs to choose from.

Available Types of Copies 

TaxBandits offers various types of copies for you to download.

• Payer - This copy can be used for the payer's records.
• State - This is a copy submitted to the State, City, or Local Tax Department.
• Recipient - This is a copy provided to the recipient.

Download Copies for Specific Recipients or All at Once

By clicking the 'Print Forms' button, you can download specific copies for each form type by selecting 'View Forms'. Alternatively, use the bulk options to download multiple form types at once by choosing the required copy type.

Summary and Reconciliation Forms

You can download the state reconciliation forms and 1096/W-3 summary forms as required.

Advanced Print Settings

In the Advanced Print Settings, you can choose the format and layout for each copy type.
