How to convert my BOI data import file to CSV format?

You can edit the downloaded template using Notepad or any other spreadsheet program. However, it is recommended to use Excel for editing because it allows you to save the template in CSV file format, which is widely accepted and ensures your data is properly organized.

Steps to Convert Your File to CSV Format:

1. Open Your File: Use a spreadsheet program like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
    
2. Save As or Download As:
   • In Excel: Go to 'File' > 'Save As,' pick a location, and choose 'CSV (Comma delimited) (*.csv)' from the list.
      
   • In Google Sheets: Go to 'File' > 'Download,' then pick 'Comma-separated values (.csv).'
      
3. Save the File: After choosing the CSV format, click 'Save.' Confirm if you are asked to keep the CSV format.

Your file is now in CSV format and ready to be uploaded.
