Can I cancel or change a scheduled payment?

If you need to cancel a payment more than two business days before the scheduled date, simply log in, click on Payments from the home page, and then select Cancel a Tax Payment from the left menu. 

However, if your payment is scheduled to occur in less than two business days, you won't be able to cancel it through the EFTPS tax payment service. You can schedule payments up to 365 days in advance, and the payment will be processed on the date you specify.
