Will the recipients be able to delete an e-sign and resign the form W-8BEN?

Yes. The recipients can delete an e-sign and resign the form before submitting it. 

To resign, the recipients need to: 

1. Click the link sent to their email
2. Click the ‘Click to re-sign’ link to resign the form.
