Would I be able to resend an email if the recipient hasn't acted on the W-8BEN request?

If you find your recipient hasn’t submitted the form, you can resend the request. In this case, the link sent in the previous email will be expired. To resend the request email, Click W-9/W-4/W-8BEN from the Dashboard. Select the Form W-8BEN tab. Click Resend against the recipient under the Pending W-8BENs tab.
