How do I know the status of a request sent to complete Form W-8BEN?

You will receive an email once the recipient completes and submits the form W-8BEN. You can also view the status under the W-4/W-9/W-8BEN dashboard. Select W-8BEN, and based on the forms received, the status will be displayed.
