If the vendor doesn’t receive the email, can I resend the request?

If the vendor doesn’t receive the W-9 request, first ask them to check their spam folder. If the vendor still hasn’t received the email, make sure you have the correct email address on file for them and follow the steps below. 


Step 1: Sign in to your TaxBandits account.

Step 2: Navigate to the W-9/W-8BEN dashboard.



Step 3: Select the Resend request option under the Action column for the vendor you want to resend the request. 



After resending the request, your vendor will receive an email with a new link to complete their W-9 and W-8BEN forms.
