How do I know the status of the Form W-9 request sent to my recipients?

As a W-9 requester, you can view the status of every W-9 sent to the recipients. Each W-9 request will be listed as either pending or completed. 

• You will receive an email once the recipient completes and submits the form W-8BEN. 
• You can also view the status under the W-4/W-9/W-8BEN from the dashboard. Select the Form W-9 tab, and based on the forms received, the status will be displayed. The status will be either in a Pending state or Completed.
