What can I do if I want to get notified each time a contractor submits the W-9 form?

You can set your notification preference while sending the form to the contractors.

Here’s how you can manage your notification preferences:

• Choose the click here link while you prepare a W-9 request in TaxBandits.
• Choose either Notify me after every recipient signs or Notify me once a day option based on your need. 
• Click on the Save button after setting your preferences.

Based on your preference, you will be receiving notification via email.
