Yes. Once the recipient completes, e-signs, and submits the W-9 successfully, they can download a copy of it.

Here’s how the recipient can download it:

• After submitting the form, the recipient will be redirected to the download page.
• Click the Download a Copy button to download the completed W-9 form.
