What is Form RT6?

Employers of Florida are liable for filing Form RT6(Florida Department of Revenue Employer’s Quarterly Report) under the Florida reemployment assistance program law. Employers submit this form quarterly to detail the wages paid to the employees and calculate the unemployment tax owed based on those wages.
