What are the taxes withheld from employee's paychecks?

Some taxes will be deducted from the employee's paychecks. Employers must deduct those taxes and deposit them into the IRS on their behalf. The taxes that must be contributed by employees are

  • Medicare tax
  • Federal Income tax
  • State Income tax
