Do companies created before January 1, 2021, need to comply with BOI reporting requirements?

Yes, all companies that qualify as "reporting companies" must follow beneficial ownership information reporting requirements, no matter when they were created or registered. Companies are not required to report beneficial ownership information to FinCEN if they are exempt or cease to exist as legal entities before January 1, 2024.
