A reporting company should identify all individuals with an ownership interest in the reporting company. If any of the following met, considered as an ownership interest:
- Equity, stock, or voting rights.
- A capital or profit interest.
- Convertible instruments
- Options or other non-binding privileges to buy or sell any of the preceding,
- Other instruments, contracts, or other mechanisms are used to establish ownership.
