Who is the beneficial owner of a reporting company?

The beneficial owner is any individual or entity that either directly or indirectly exercises:

  • Substantial control over reporting company or
  • Owns or Controls more than 25% ownership interest over a reporting company

Note: A reporting company can have a maximum number of beneficial owners.
